Send factual corrections to [email protected], with The Garden Uplift and the article title in the subject. Include the page link, the disputed claim and the evidence that supports a change.
How we handle a correction
We check the claim against its source and any new evidence. Where a correction is needed, we update the affected passage and its review date. A significant factual correction receives a note explaining what changed; minor spelling and formatting changes may be made without a separate note.
We keep the relevant source and decision in our editorial record. Personal details that are unnecessary to explain or evidence the correction should be removed. We do not publish a correspondent's private contact details.
If you disagree with a decision, reply with the relevant evidence so it can be reconsidered. Product specifications and guidance can change; a dated source is evidence for the stated review date.
