Use the same enquiry for each seller
Provide the product code, postcode, route measurements and intended site. Ask where delivery ends, whether packages can pass through your access route, and who carries them beyond that point. Confirm whether delivery and assembly happen together or on separate appointments.
Ask how to inspect for missing or damaged parts, who to contact, and what happens to a booked installer if replacement parts are needed. Keep a written record of any special arrangements; do not rely on a generic website promise for a difficult-access order.
Price the excluded work
List base preparation, waste removal, anchoring, electrics, treatment and disposal of an old shed separately. Mark each item included, quoted or unknown. Ask whether a failed visit or an unready base creates an extra charge, and what notice is needed to rearrange the appointment.
